That's a sure-fire way of getting presets mixed up. If you aren't new to ENB, it's good practice to make sure you’ve removed any old ENB files from the root of Fallout’s game directory before installing new ones.

If however the WrapperVersion doesn't work for you, you should consult the ENB Series documentation contained in the downloaded archive on how to inject ENB into your game executable.

You need NO other files from the downloaded archive (but you probably should read the included readme's).

Drop the d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe into the main Fallout New Vegas folder (not the DATA folder).

Only the d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe from the 'WrapperVersion' folder is required.

You’re going to need the latest ENBSeries v0.267 for Fallout 3 / New Vegas binaries.
